TransAlign I.S.M. was established in 1995 and is a division of Fluid Power N.T. an engineering and hydraulic service company with personnel specializing in industrial drive gear transmissions, laser alignment of drive couplings, flat bed, straightness and thermal growth on equipment.
Transalign has a comprehensive range of In Situ (on Site) Machining equipment and the experienced personnel to carry out on site boring, facing, milling and grinding with five line boring machines, four facing machines and four portable milling units to cover a wide range of power generation and mining equipment reclamation including 5Mw diesel generators and headframe sheave re profiling.
The equipment utilises laser and digital technology to set up and maintain accuracy for high quality refurbishing of large fixed plant.Hydraulic power units are used to power cutting heads allowing high rates of stock removal and continuos 24 hour machining operations where required.
